USER AGREEMENT

A. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to the Carbon Hill Drugs mobile application and websites, including co-branded Carbon Hill Drugs-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Carbon Hill Drugs Digital Services”), is subject to the Carbon Hill Drugs Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.
